I created this blog to help people provide solution to the most important part of our lives which are:
1. Relationship: This is simply the interaction between people. It is a wide area ranging from simple with people around us to people who are so dear to our hearts and we can not do/live without to.
2. Health: Health is wealth is a popular slogan and this has been indisputable. Healthy living is the number thing and something no one will ever want to be deprive of. Thus, i will be providing nutritional tips a key to healthy living, diseases and symptoms.

Ikawo Olorunwa Emmanuel is a Biochemist, Pharmacologist, educator, researcher, healthcare professional, and lifelong learner with a passion for knowledge, innovation, health, and human development.

His academic journey began with a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos, followed by an MSc in Pharmacology from the same institution. He further expanded his knowledge in management and education with a Proficiency Certificate in Management, an MBA from Bayero University Kano’s Dangote Business School, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). He is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Lagos, with interests spanning pharmacology, drug discovery, natural products, ethnopharmacology, antimicrobial resistance, and emerging therapeutic strategies.

Professionally, Emmanuel has gained experience across scientific research, pharmaceutical practice, healthcare, regulatory science, sales, and education. His early professional exposure at the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) provided valuable experience in laboratory analysis, quality assurance, and the evaluation of food and pharmaceutical products. He subsequently worked in pharmaceutical research and medical sales, where he developed practical experience in scientific communication, healthcare product detailing, and engagement with healthcare professionals.

Beyond his professional career, Emmanuel is deeply interested in research and knowledge creation. His academic interests include natural-product pharmacology, drug discovery, antimicrobial resistance, efflux pumps and P-glycoproteins, targeted protein degradation technologies such as PROTACs, and the exploration of innovative approaches to disease management.

He is also passionate about education and public knowledge sharing. Through writing, teaching, research, and digital content creation, he seeks to make complex ideas easier to understand and useful to a wider audience.

Emmanuel's journey is driven by a simple philosophy: keep learning, keep growing, and use knowledge to create meaningful impact.

This blog is a reflection of that journey, a space for ideas, learning, science, health, education, personal growth, and practical insights drawn from his experiences and continuous exploration.
